The purpose of visionSynergy is to advance the mission of Jesus Christ by catalyzing collaborative ministry initiatives that address the most challenging and strategic global mission opportunities in the world today. Our primary focus is on ministry among the unreached peoples of the world.

We are the makers of "ministry mosaics," bringing together many individual pieces so that something truly powerful emerges - a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.

visionSynergy is one of the few mission service organizations in the world specifically dedicated to the field of collaboration. We assist Christian leaders in the development and effective operation of multi-lateral and multi-national networks, partnerships, and other collaborative initiatives that enable the participants to leverage their unique strengths and accomplish together what could never be done separately. We work in areas where the situation is too complex, where the challenge is too big, and where the resources required are too great for any one organization to address alone.

Over the past twenty-five years, our team has formed, facilitated, or advised more than a hundred collaborative partnerships which have collectively involved thousands of Christian organizations. We are convinced that Christians are called to collaborate, and that collaboration is the single best strategy for addressing the most pressing needs in the world today. For those reasons, we remain committed to equipping Christian leaders with the vision and skill to form collaborative initiatives that make a significant impact in our increasingly complex and interconnected world.
